Coastal City Consulting was founded by entrepreneur and operator Shelby Hamilton after years of leading operations, producing events, and supporting nonprofits across hospitality, business, and community-focused organizations. Throughout her career, one thing became clear: successful organizations and successful events both require strong operational foundations.

Whether it was helping a nonprofit grow, supporting a leadership team, or producing a large-scale event, the same challenge continued to appear; great ideas often struggled because the systems behind them weren't built to support sustainable success.

Today, Shelby helps nonprofits, female founders, and mission-driven organizations build operational systems, strengthen internal infrastructure, and create conferences and events that run smoothly, generate meaningful impact, and support long-term growth.
